Medical Director and Founder of Privat Hospital Dr. Kalyan S. Sachdev had his medical education at the University of Vienna, Austria and Doctorate of Medicine was conferred upon him in 1966. Starting his career at the Institute of Hygiene, University of Vienna, he gathered experience in various fields of academic and clinical medicine and specialized in Infectious diseases and General Medicine. In1974 Privat Klinik Dr.Sachdev was founded in New Delhi.
He is one of the founder members of Indian Spinal Injuries Center (ISIC) – New Delhi, an Indo Italian cooperation project in association with NIDRR, Govt. of USA and is a Member of Board of Governors. Dr Sachdev is also associated with Prayas, an NGO for the welfare of children in Delhi since its inception and is a member of the Governing Board. Dr Sachdev is Doctor of Confidence (Vertrauensarzt) of Embassies of Austria, Germany and Switzerland in India. He is also closely associated with the medical services of Embassy of France.
